One call. I build it. It goes to work.

  1. Call

Pick a time and I call you. You tell me how your business runs, and I send a written quote after.

  2. Build

I connect it to the tools you already use and shape it around how you work. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

  3. Run

It gets to work. I keep an eye on it and adjust it as your business changes.

I’m Jaden Barber. I build every assistant myself, and I stay on it.

I’m in Layton, Utah. I run my own business on one of these every day, and I have built one for another local business. No sales team, no handoff. You talk to the person who builds it.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost?

It depends on what your assistant connects to and what you want off your plate, so there is no price list. After the call you get a written quote built for your business. No pressure, you decide from there.

What can it connect to?

Usually your calendar, your business text line, your email, and wherever you keep jobs or clients, even if that is a spreadsheet. Tell me what you use on the call and I will tell you straight what connects and what does not.

Is my data private?

Each assistant is built for one business and only reads that business’s records. Nothing from your business is shown to another business I work with. It does run on outside AI and messaging services, and I tell you which ones before anything of yours is connected.

What if it gets something wrong?

You set the rules before it goes live: how it sounds, what it can answer, what it can book, and what it has to bring to you first. When it is not sure, it asks you instead of guessing. If it ever gets something wrong, you tell me and I fix it.

Do I need new software?

No. You text it like you would text someone on your team. It works with the calendar, number and records you already have wherever that is possible.

How long does setup take?

It depends on what gets connected. One thing to plan for: before an assistant can text customers on your behalf, the phone carriers require a registration that takes a couple of weeks. The quote says what your setup involves.
